Heartfelt story of an OFW who worked in Saudi and toured countries.

It is without a doubt a challenge, to work overseas to be able to provide a better living for your loved ones. Sometimes it is just the better option to choose to work abroad, and endure hardships just to make sure there is food on the table.  Even if there had been news of abusive employers, one should not believe all employers are like that.

There more kind and grateful employers that oftentimes get uncredited for their extended love and care for our dear Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW). Che Borres, an OFW who works in Dubai shared her story about how lucky she is to have such generous employers.

She was able to visit one country after another and see for herself some iconic landmarks that one would only see in postcards. Her employers bring her along in their trips and Che is very grateful for the opportunity to tour different countries.

Borres admits that she would feel homesick and long for her loved ones back in the Philippines. However, her employers make sure that she feels loved and welcome with them, and Borres is very grateful. She can attest that there are kind employers out there and that kindness should be returned.
