Filipino fans and netizens are having a field day on social media after noticing that a male actor looks pretty much like Liza Soberano. Hailed of one of the most beautiful faces in Philippine Entertainment Industry, Liza Soberano has a lot of fans, local and abroad.

So when said actor noticed the similarities himself, he sent a tweet to Liza saying, “Hi @lizasoberano, I’ve heard from many Filipino fans that I kinda look like a male version of you, I guess I can see that.” Together with a photo of himself and Liza, side by side. Have I mentioned said actor is of Japanese-American decent and is currently the hottest actor in Thailand?

Enter, Luke Plowden, who’s a rising star in Thailand, starred in numerous projects and endorsements. He’s definitely have a solid Filipino fan base already since they were the ones who informed him of his resemblance to our beloved Liza.

Luke’s tweet quickly became viral and the rave has not ended days after because Liza has now responded to his tweet with, “Hello long lost brother!” together with a hi and laughing emoji. We can only assume the actress is equally dumbfounded and amused.

On the other hand, netizens are most definitely amused as they felt like ‘Luke’ has been bro-zoned. There are also those who jokingly told Liza that there’s a ‘line’ – probably referring to Luke’s attention. There are also netizens who felt that Liza might just pass them by all the way to the front of the line. One netizen was saying, “Ma’am Liza, may pila po… last year pa po kami nakapila. Luke… ano ba yan hahahahaha be fair…”
